"I came to these doctors with a severe gi issue that had been ongoing and progressing. I fit all the criteria for crohn's disease, and was vocal about that. They were persistent that I was wrong, and instead did superfluous testing for minor conditions like hemorrhoids. When that did not show any results, they stopped looking into my symptoms and scheduling appointments with me, instead booking me for a colonoscopy almost a year later, despite my severe symptoms. I ended up living in the hospital for 3 months, 70 pounds, and almost had my colon removed due to a increase in flare-up symptoms that they disregarded. I'm sure other people have had pleasant experiences, but to me, this place let me down as my doctors and I ended up finding my life in real danger. I did not feel taken care of, taken seriously, or advocated for. What a doctor should do."

"The care here is not good. I have consistent problems with scheduling and acquiring prescriptions. I have been a patient here for probably 2 years and have frequently had appointments cancelled/moved 3+ months out with no notice. Anytime I need a prescription it requires multiple phone calls to Hampshire GI to get them to send it over properly. Hard to find a different specialist in this area, but if you can go elsewhere you should!"

"He explained the results of my manometry very well. Was glad he also agreed that my terrifying nosebleeds that hospitalized me the week following could have absolutely been from that test. I hope he makes sure the people giving the manometry tests know that they do not need to use the catheters with the metal beads inside them!
