"The doctors at this place are just here for the money. My brothers dog has severe skin issues and he kept taking the dog to this vet where her conditions continued to worsen. All they wanted to do was prescribe apequol which did not help at all! They did not test her skin. Finally I took her to another vet after nothing was being accomplished at Northampton Vet. She received the treatment she needed and her skin cleared up almost immediately. Last week my brother scheduled another appointment with Northampton vet and same thing, they wanted to prescribe apequol (I think they get a kick back for prescribing this drug). I asked them to follow the program the other vet created because it worked and they did. Years of this dog going here with no resolve and 1 time to another vet with a resolution that works. I do not recommend this vet if your dog has health issues."

"Very good vet. We take our kitties here, and they are in very good hands, although they aren’t always happy about it. It is also very fun getting to see the other animals from other pet owners!"

"The receptionists and staff are so kind and caring. They all make you feel welcomed. Dr. Barnes is one of the best vets I've ever met. The way she approaches situations and the way she talks to me really helps a lot since I can get very sensitive and emotional when it comes to my pets. When shes available she there to help if needed. Shes very quick to inform me about results such as blood work. Shes very good at explaining things in a way I can fully understand. She so sincere, compassionate and is very thorough about my pets health. I'm grateful knowing that my pets have her as their vet. For me that's all i can ask for. Overall this has to be the best animal clinic that I've ever been to. I would recommend this place."

"When my husband called to let me know he had found 2 abandoned 5-week old kittens outside of his office in Springfield, my first thought was to call NVC. The staff and vets at NVC were so thorough, kind, and gave us everything we needed to take care of Rosie and Xena. Xena had some facial trauma, and they jumped into action right away, showing us how to syringe feed her and make sure she was getting water and food. I'm happy to say that with their help, Rosie and Xena are now 9 months old, healthy and thriving! Thank you so much for helping us take care of our babies, I couldn't imagine life without them now!"
