"Front desk young and rude admin yelling at a worker made me want to cancel my appointment with the doctor. Extremely violent temper. This is no place with personal to work in a front office dealing with patients. Really makes you feel uncomfortable. Felt so bad for the worker and then was rude to another patient checking in. I did ask the MA what her name Tatianna? If you don’t like your job, then quit because there’s other people out there, who are more than happy to take the position and show empathy towards patients and workers. Management should make her take a anger management course because really just a nasty attitude."

"The front desk office workers lack compassion for people. Our Dr was good, wouldn't say great, but good. The office staff needs to realize they work in the health care field. The people who come into their office arnt there because they wanna go. They are going through a troubling time and compassion goes a long way in the healing process. Bad attitudes are unacceptable in the medical field. If you hate your job go bag groceries dont take it out on your PTs."
