"THESE DRS NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS. THEY DO NOT ADVOCATE FOR CHILDREN AT ALL. FIND A BETTER PEDIATRICIAN THROUGH ST PETERS OR ELLIS HOSPITAL. THESE DRS ARE THE WORST. (if youre even seeing a real doctor not an intern) I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE 5 IF I COULD. UNCARING, NON- PROFESSIONAL, NO EMPATHY FOR WORKING PARENTS. PARENTS TRYING TO GET FAIR AND NEEDED HELP/TREATMENT THEIR CHILDREN DESERVE, YOU WILL NOT FIND IT THERE. AS A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER MYSELF, I AM DISGUSTED TO SAY I TRUSTED THEM AT ONE POINT. ENDLESS WAITING, NO RESPONSES. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN."

They are all new and have to go to their attending about every little thing. hands on exams are rare with most doctors now a days, but this place is all interns. office staff is horrible with attitude. Every time you call you get people answering phones that are not even at this site. They redirect you. You can't get a test scheduled for your life! 8 days and counting waiting on a Cat scan that doc message me saying I needed. Mind you they didn't call they just put it on the patient portal. Still waiting in pain for a cat scan!!!"

"Cancelled my wife's appointment without notifying her, stonewalled her from being able to see any other doctor because they confused her with a patient who was recording visits. Have been incredibly confrontational and are actively preventing her from being able to see her doctors there, stating she's abandoned the practice, or elsewhere, because she isn't able to establish a connection with any other practice. Refuse to take even five minutes to talk and work out these issues to just get her seen. I don't know what false black mark they've put on her file but if she keels over in the next few weeks because she's immunocompromised and has been denied care for six months I'll do everything I can to have this hive of ineptitude shuttered."

"Writing with mixed reviews. Great Drs. We’ve only had positive experiences with the Drs who have been generous with their time and very thorough. Poor communication/scheduling and long waits. I don’t know if that’s just standard practice but you can easily make an appointment and not be seen until an hour later. It’s also possible to schedule an appointment show up and be told they don’t see it be told to reschedule. Even after speaking to the office directly after speaking the the call center."

"I have been a patient with this practice for about 30 years. I have always gotten excellent care. All the Doctors here are thorough and compassionate. It's a teaching practice for Albany Medical College. Sometimes they have Medical students come and discuss your condition before the doctor sees you. It's actually kind of fun and you get to tell your story twice. I believe that you can decline to talk with the student if you want to. They are in a relatively new place and building and it's a very nice office. There is usually a very short wait I don't remember ever having to sit in the waiting room for a long time like other doctors offices I have visited. There's plenty of handicapped parking. The entrance has an automatic door and the restroom s are very handicapped accessible."
