"Where do I even begin. It took me 45 seconds to get out of my car and inside and because of me being exactly 1 minute late they wouldn’t see my new puppy. I’ve been here several times with our other dog and every time the front desk staff were short and rude. They asked us to get things that weren’t even needed like 30$ nail clippings when we had said our dog goes to the groomer the very next day. The vets don’t deserve their license and the place deserves to be shut down. Want a good experience? Stay away from the hole in the wall this is."
"My cat needed attention for a non life threatening issue, and they got her in the same day that I called. The staff were respectful and handled my cat really well. We were in and out quickly and the cost was very fair, especially when you know what emergency vets cost. My cat was almost instantly happier once she was treated. Thank you for helping her!"
