The owner and management of this gym will tell you what you want to here and then do the exact opposite. Be very careful of fundraising as without a duly enrolled and certified non-profit that is registered with the IRS and the State of Maine, cannot accept or solicit donations and tagging is exactly that. Not only will this gym feel the wrath of the IRS and the state of Maine but be aware that having your athlete participate in these activities could put you at risk."
