"Delivery delays after delays, they never bother to reach out if they are not going to make it, then instead of delivering the following day they reschedule your delivery days out. Then they are very dismissive of your complaints or concerns. As the product was delivered the truck driver refused to wait for us to check for shipping damages, even though we were instructed to look for damages before their diparture. He just turned around and walked away while we tried to reason with him."

"Devens and Westminster are two of the best warehouses to deliver to in New England. They take me and my drivers early as possible and we are never in a door longer the 15 minutes once they hit the red light. I’ve delivered all lower 48 satiates and have never been treated with as much respect from a receiver as these guys do. 5 star service all the way. Thank you Devens and Westminster you guys make our days so much easier."

"Worse shipping company I have ever dealt with. They told me they would deliver last Friday my order at one place. 20 minutes out. Never delivered. Called me today same shipment. Had another property they told us they delivered yesterday same thing called 10 min out. Never delivered it. Call today looking for order won't deliver till 230 we need now. Again return to sender can't continue like this. If I know this shipper is being used I will take my business elsewhere."

"Was told that my delivery would arrive between 1-5 on Thursday. They said they couldn’t deliver, rescheduled to the same time frame on Friday. By 5:30 Friday, I called to see where my order was. They informed me that the driver was headed back to the terminal, and rescheduled the delivery for today, Monday, between 8-12. At 11:10 I got a call requesting to schedule the deliver for tomorrow between 1-5. When I asked why it wasn’t being delivered today, they had no record of it being scheduled. I now have to drive 4 hours round trip to go pick up my package, as I have a plumber scheduled for tomorrow to install the tub that I was waiting to be delivered. They took no responsibility for my shipment being rescheduled multiple times."

"One of our vendors ships thru Pyle if the order is over a certain weight. Every single time our order goes thru Pyle it requires rescheduling multiple times, large delivery windows and the drivers have been rude and unprofessional each time. This afternoon I received a call that our order would not be delivered today and the driver told me it was not his fault that he had too much work and couldn't get here. When I requested the office number to be able to reschedule he hung up on me. I will do everything in my power to never receive anything thru this company again."
