"If it was possible, I’d give them a 0 star review. I’ve never heard of them before but Googled “taxis near me” and sorted by top rates and it was first. I was trying for an hour to get a ride from Uber and Lyft, and asking everyone I knew if they could give me one. Gannon was my last ditch effort. When I called 3.5hrs ago, they said someone would call me with an ETA. After half an hour, I called again and left a voicemail to which no one responded. Then, the number stopped working. I surprisingly got a ride from Lyft finally. After that, I called Gannon and told them what happened and they said they’ll give me a free ride next time but this should never have happened in the first place."
