Palco Air Cargo

"Absolutely atrocious customer service. Their delivery people were supposed to call me 30 mins prior to arrival so I could leave work and meet them at my house. They never called, then proceeded to tell me that they "called me numerous times" which was a lie. I asked Steve what phone number they called from and he refused to tell me (giveaway #1 that they were being dishonest) and then I also offered to take a screenshot of my cell phone call log and send it to them to prove to Steve that his employees were not telling him the truth. Steve accused ME of being the liar about the whole thing, raised his voice at me (the customer who did nothing wrong) and ended by hanging up on me. He also refused to reschedule the delivery, forcing me to contact the company from which I had purchased my new couch (Interior Define) to try to deal with the situation. It's a shame that this terrible third party freight company is making what has been otherwise a pleaseant customer service experience with Interior Define to completely go bad. I would give Palco Air Cargo less than one star if I could. BUYER BEWARE!"
