"Where do I begin. I've been lucky enough to know Paula for a few years now outside of her work environment. Always a pleasure to say Good Morning too and her energy just made my day when I would bump into her (we rented space in the same office building). Then my day came my relationship was at a complete stand still. Without going into to too much detail we had our initial appointment and let me say it was everything and more. I've seen several therapist in my years and she has taken her skill to a level others can really learn from. She has mastered her craft. She was able to bring my partners anxiety from a 7-0 in less than an hour with so much love and compassion. She does not pick sides whatsoever and infact shows you there are no sides. Going into the session I had mentally checked out of my relationship already and even in those short 2hours my partner was able to finally see there are therapists who know what they're doing and can surely help him work on his anxiety and depression. Although 5days later I decided to end the relationship. We were able to talk about it and move on in a space of such love and he is optimistic about finding a therapist to guide him through his next journey. I showed up to our next scheduled appointment alone and was able to really get some much need closure and guidance on what to do next and am lucky enough that Paula is willing to see me as a single for as long as I need her to support me. Although we didn't decide to continue as a couple I am so thankful for what she accomplished for us in the 2hours we spent together.
