"I found some nice wall art here."
"If you are in Salem you MUST go to Jerry's! Eclectic and fun and in October it is a great mix of Halloween, antiques, and fun! Talked to the owner and he made my day!"
"They are overpriced for a lot of things, most of it is the usual thrift store junk you'll find at any thrift or consignment shop. I had a bad experience several years ago during the summer, I was here looking through the dresses they had. They had no price so my husband went and got a woman who worked there to come price the dress I was looking at, I handed her the dress and she had the audacity to pause, look me up and down and say "this won't fit you". First of all, whether it fits me or not doesn't matter, I was going to buy it. Second of all, I'm a photographer and was shopping for a client who WOULD fit the dress. I never forgot that and I certainly didn't buy the dress. I have been in here since and every time it's the same experience. Rude employees and overpriced junk. After reading about the racism, I definitely will never come here again and never recommend it to anyone."
"This has to he one of the most unexpected thrift experiences that turned out to be delightful! I dragged my man and child into the store, but after seeing some of the pieces, they really liked it and agreed it was like a flea market but so much better! I bought a survival guide and L'ecole des femmes by Mollière for $1.00 each, I bought some Birds of Prey original merchandise socks for $5, some real gemstones for $1.00 each, but by far my favorite piece was this unicorn necktie pin that I know I couldn't have found anywhere else. The shopkeeper even told us history about the store that it's Been there since 1880 but weren't allowed to change their name. Really friendly people and I had a better shopping experience here than I would have had at any occult shop and my purchases were under $10! If I do ever return, Jerry, I'm coming back to you! ♥"
"Loved the fun of digging through thousands of photos letters pamphlets manuscripts and larger pieces of furniture. It would be wonderful Geri if you would put your phone number for the store and the hours that you’re open. Thanks!"
