"I had one of the least professional interaction with Maura in 20+ years of working with all kinds of customers she is self centered, entitled and just not a nice person. I went out of my way to work with her and she went out of her way to smear my good name and reputation. I have over 200 5 star reviews on google, she manipulated a situation where I attempted to work with her in good faith and then left negative feedback. I take my customers needs seriously and my reputation matters to me. Looking at her feedback it is quite apparent that she is in business for herself and not her customers. After she posted her comments I reached out and again tried to explain why I thought she was being unfair. She did not care, she only cared about money, not the facts. This was over a year ago and it still bothers me, steer clear."

Her staff is very good, experienced and friendly, including that cute retired detective from Newport PD who helps keep the crowds in check. I was very happy with the job that she and her staff did."
