I found Mattress Firm incredibly helpful from the initial text I received when inquiring for a replacement mattress, to then coming in the store same day to narrow down to two mattresses with the mattress expert: Shanna. I left with order a king mattress set to deliver within a week. Very easy experience and felt like the showroom had what I needed to make a good choice and helped having the expert on site, to guide me."

"The Mattress Firm team in Newport, specifically Betsy and Shanna, did a great job in support us as Customers. We ordered bunky boards on line and they arrived damaged. We went to the Newport store where Betsy and Shanna helped resolve the issue, by ordering new ones. The warehouse shipped 4 more damaged bunky’s and Betsy and Shanna stayed involved to correct. Finally Betsy sent a separate note to the warehouse directly requesting they inspect the product before they ship it. Finally after 4 attempts we have 2 good bunky boards. The delivery teams were great. 5 stars Betsy and Shanna went above and beyond to ensure the customer received a good product. 5 stars The Quality Team at Mattress Firm needs to re-evaluate their processes, if you have to ship 8 product outs to get 2 good ones something is wrong within quality control system. 1 star"

"Just got done shopping for a mattress here. Being a new home owner and buying a mattress for the first; of course, I might be a little indecisive, of course. Luckily I had the great pleasure to deal with mattress firm employee " William." Now, this man was very patient, extremely helpful and accurately knowledgeable. Very impressed with the questions he was able to answer for me and show me the differences with the two mattresses I was looking at being the hybrid medium technology and the firm one. Having the best support I could being from that of William. Mattress firm employee, I was able to make a decision and have an truly amazing experience with this man. Very greatful for the help and having a very knowledgeable mattress sales attendant employee to help aid and assist me with everything. William was also very friendly and was on his A game.
