"Recently had an issue that required the institutions assistance to resolve an issue with my credit card. When asked to speak with their manager they said alright (smugly) went on hold for a few minutes and then they hung up. I had to solve the issue within 40 minutes or I wouldn't be able to pay for a necessary surgery. Cold hearted so glad my credit card company was understanding hard to believe the big banks actually showed up a localized credit union. Unimpressed."
