"no stars. Dispatch gave no ETA nor did he tell me how long it would be. We waited over 30 mins. when I called back to ask where the car was he says “oh i didn’t know you had an appointment” It’s none of his business. He was rude as if it were my fault asking about my cab. My client is elderly and disabled & should NOT have had to wait in the cold. totally unreliable. Lyft is more expensive but at least they show up. the roads are fine, too. Your job is literally to drive in crappy weather! unbelievable! 207 is just awful. not the first time I’ve had issues with them, either. But. no one cares. no one gives a damn about old, disabled people. This review will get lost in cyberspace & no one cares. do know that I will be sullying 207’s name across town. terrible."

"Sorry, can't rate lower than 1 terrible service with them waiting over an hour even 2 hrs....try 3 Hours and no call back letting me know something. He'll I signed up and got me a UBER ride in 7min and even tried calling you back 3xs To cancel my ride and you can't even answer the phone. Giving all my business to uber or lyft."

"I will keep this short and sweet. It appears that 207 Taxi is the only taxi service in Portland, Maine that is actually reliable and gives accurate estimates of when the driver will arrive at your location. If I’m not using Uber this is the only company I will call."

"I had to report to the hospital for surgery and was told that I would not be allowed to drive myself home - I read up on Google about taxi services and saw 207 Taxi - They accept bank/credit cards which makes it great as I selfdom carry lots of cash - I set a time call for pick-up to get to the hospital and the taxi arrived exactly on time! - The driver saw that I used a walker and assisted me in getting in the car and took car of the walker - He helped on hospital arrival also - When released I had the hospital call 207 for a ride home - The taxi arrived and was right there when the nurse brought me out the front door! On arrival at my home the driver assisted me in getting out of the taxi and with my walker - A totally great experience! Very professional - VERY reasonable fare - I will use for any needs in the future! Thank you 207 Taxi"
