"Excellent service, the new director, know her stuff."
"The housing program of youth services is supposed to be income base and none of the workers have been working with me properly… i have expressed an issue regarding conflict of interest and i am still being made to work with that person - and since expressing my concerns i have been on the back burner. They are withholding information that they have that can help me get my income adjusted so i can afford my rent. These people are uncoordinated, and just simply UNORGANIZED! I require adjustments to my rent due to income fluctuations - and i am being deprived of my rights to that as a client."
