"Place is a scam they denied us counseling saying the marriage had to be excellent to receive any counseling they are not true Christians as me and my husband been married 21 yrs begged them for help and they said we can't accept you guys into counseling do not fall for thier scam find another family or marriage counselor i felt scammed and upset as we begged for their guidance i believe they just do intakes for money thay should be ashamed to call themselves a Christian counseling"

"I emailed on a Sat. Contact Monday after 4 pm. Discussion led quickly into money, insurance. Not one word about content of my email and issue I was dealing with. She calls me back next day for credit card info, told her I decided against it. Her quote " We're you going to bother to call me and tell me that?" Please look around for other avenues. Surprised my church supports this place."

"It gives me great pleasure to write this review for one of the finest companies in the Capital District area of New York, Christian Counseling Associates (CCA). During my 40 years in the workforce, I have rarely met another company with the level of expertise, sincere caring and passion to serve as CCA. My first introduction to CCA was shortly after my mother died in 2007. I met the practice manager who wears several hats which includes grief counseling. It was a very challenging time to say the least. I was the major care giver and power of attorney to make all the decisions for my mother's end of life care. When she passed away, I became the last surviving member of my immediate family. The grief counseling session brought me assurance that the decisions I had made were in the best interest of my mother. Simply, it restored Hope! CCA offers a variety of professional counseling services and Life Coaching which I am currently attending. There comes a time in everyone's life where we need others to come along side and offer professional guidance to continue on this amazing journey called "Life". I give the entire team at CCA a 5 star rating and highly recommend any services they have to offer. They truly care!"

"This place is a scam!!! I cant believe these people feed off of God fearing faithful Christians. Do not give these people your credit card number because they will not only bill your insurance but they will also charge your credit card without authorization. What a joke I cant even believe these people are still in business. For a "Christian business" the receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful as well. I guess you cant trust anybody these days."
