"Just not friendly. I was always made to feel like I was "just a nervous mom". Many times I would be told to wait it out and I'd put pressure to be seen and it would infact be something, such as strep, pneumonia. I finally made a change when my child was sick for 4 months straight, being seen every couple weeks. I just kept being told the same thing "oh just a kids virus it will run its course ".. After months of this I got a second opinion... Not a virus....My child had a bacterial infection that required antibiotics and steroids.. There just is a lack of nurturing. We were patients for 3.5 years and finally had to make a change."

"I have been bringing my baby to Dr. Ganesh at Dowd for a few months and I cannot sing their praises enough. They are extremely prompt and thorough. I also feel like my questions and concerns get taken seriously and they provide helpful and realistic information. When I call with issues, they are quick to call me back. I have been able to schedule sick visits easily on short notice. I had several friends, neighbors and coworkers recommend Dowd and I am soooo glad I chose them for my first child. I also saw Dr. Corwin and Michael when my doctor was out, and I found them extremely professional and helpful to work with. Honestly I don't think you can go wrong with any of the doctors at Dowd. I already referred a friend to them."

"We love the practitioners at Dowd - they are caring, attentive, and patient. Their front office staff are lovely as well. We really like that they are open even on weekends and holidays! Their billing office staff however are UNBELIEVABLY rude, impatient, and condescending. If you can avoid interacting with this particular staff member I highly encourage you to do so. I would happily give a 5 star review to Dowd Pediatrics if it were not for the incredibly negative interactions both my husband and I have had with this individual on several occasions."
