"Had to come in to pick up an at home test kit from the lab today, they made me check in and I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room. The only reason they saw me after that time was because I asked for help from the front desk and they were able to get me someone sooner. The front desk staff was great but it is ridiculous that I had to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes just to pick up a test kit."

"I've had very inconsistent experiences with blood work. I've gotten blood work 4 times this year. Twice I got in within 10 minutes. Twice I have had to wait an hour."

"Avoid for blood draws. Very long wait times with minimal staff assisting. They do not take appointments at this location but do not readily list this. Some locations of LabCorp take appointments and some don't. They should definitely improve the process here."
