"Todays massage was unimpressive. Here is why.. * I did not receive the free foot soak that was supposed to be included, because the next paying customer was there.Poor planning on her end. I was prompt for my scheduled appointment. * My time was shorted by 4 minutes *She left me unattended 3x during my massage...answer phone, answered the door, etc...so unprofessional. * Questioned to myself, why would you fold dirty sheets that you just took off the table??? To use again?? * She asked me for a 20% tip ,after seeing that I did not leave a big tip. Again..so so unprofessional. She told me it was required!"
