"Joined this practice in 2022 and the first 3 providers we saw all left the practice. Not a good sign. The doctor we were assigned to was consistently rushed, overwhelmed, and dismissive. They even made a comment about bringing up 3 things in a 10 minute visit, though I specifically told the front staff my 3 (very related) concerns when scheduling and asked them to make sure the provider was given enough time. The final straw was a misdiagnosis despite my repeated suggestion otherwise. The regular front office secretary is always grouchy and off putting. It started to become incredibly anxiety provoking to even come here which is just not how it should be. A pediatrician should feel like a beloved ally. It’s obvious the morale of this office is very poor, which leads to poor care. The owners of this office need to seriously listen to these negative reviews- make appts longer, allow providers to see less patients, and work on improving staff morale. Overall a very disappointing and deflating experience being a patient here while also navigating parenthood. We ultimately decided to transfer elsewhere where we’re much happier."

"I'm seriously thinking of changing pediatrics. The nicest dr we had left the practice. I refuse to see Dr Westwick. The kids are scared of her. She practically forced vaccine on My daughter when we didn't want it. And when I asked for certain blood test she said " why? What for!" No bedside manner. Fortunately my kids do like their dr. Dr scarfo. The therapist on site is also nice. The nurses are pretty nice to but the office staff , no. They seem disgruntled and short with you like they hate their job and like you should be sorry for calling."

"The day after having my son, a rude woman at the front desk literally had me in tears, rolling her eyes and being so unprofessional because I was late. I’m sorry, I just had a baby and can barely walk. If it wasn’t so hard to find a pediatric dr accepting new patients I’d be long gone due to this lovely woman."

"Great place but one staff member up front needs a new job!! She is the reason for these less than 5 stars. Rude when I called and rude when I walked in with my son. Rolling her obnoxious eyes. Unprofessional! She’s lucky it’s unprofessional to punch someone. Btw the nurse Samantha is AMAZING! Makes my special needs son very comfortable and smiling during a visit."

"This place is very clean, staff are nice!!! They are pretty good with wait time I usually have no problem! They are also very good with making appointments and get me in same day with no problem when I have emergency!!!"
