"I don’t ever call out businesses but I’ve given them the chance to make it right but Shelia the office manager wants to lie and take zero accountability so here goes! I have been going to Harrisville Dental Associates for over 20 years. In the last few years, 3 times they booked my husband and son, both at the same time, two different hygienists. My son loves the dentist and doesn’t mind going in alone, so we’re fine with that. They always used to be back to back but then they got another hygienist and offered to do them at the same time so they would be out faster. Then when they call to confirm they tell me they are back to back, same hygienist. When I say we booked same time, they say no. Granted it doesn’t matter because they will both be there together so I don’t care, but they are changing the appointment without telling us. Our hygienist actually told me they can see that someone moved us, no call, nothing. I didn’t even complain…until they tried to make me sign the waiver that they have the right to charge me $100 an hour for late and missed appointments. I told them why I refused and if they wanted to have the office manager call me to discuss, she could. I was kind of rude to the girl at the front desk who insisted I sign the waiver, but i apologized right away. I didn’t yell at anyone, I didn’t swear or put anyone down. I was upset and rightfully so. I received the call tonight, 2 weeks after said appointment. I explained to her what has been happening and why I wouldn’t sign. You can change my appointment and make me late then charge me for it. I tried to explain how it’s happened multiple times but she basically called me a liar and that in the 20 years I’ve been going there that I have never had a problem and I needed to sign the waiver. I told her I couldn’t sign it, knowing I could be charged for something I didn’t do and asked if I needed to find a new dentist and she said “yes they can call and have your records sent over” talk about poor customer service! You’ve been warned!"

"Everyone there is great. Receptionists are super nice, hygienist are always in a good mood and very good at their jobs! Dr. Farag is also a great dentist. Always makes sure that you know what’s happening, and good at keeping you calm even if you get anxious at dentists. 10/10 recommend"

"Dr. Farag is terrific! He & Lauren are a great team. I have a lot of anxiety when at the dentist (due to bad past experiences), but Dr. Farag always makes sure I am comfortable & calm. He explains everything he is doing so I know exactly what to expect and what is happening. He cares about his patients & I would not want to go to any other dentist."

"Been coming here for a long time. Recently had a crown done and it looks great! They did a good job matching it to my other teeth. I did have an issue afterwards chewing at times but they got me right in and adjusted the crown. Also, the hygienist I usually see is always great!"

"Update Summer 23- Harrisville Dental practice continues to get better and better! I was recently introduced a specialist periodontist that is now affiliated here and he is fantastic! A really highly professional doctor! UPDATE SPRING - We have now been happy dental patients for almost 2 full years. Harrisville Dental recently brought onboard a really terrific new Dentist named Marianna to complement the great professional team that's already in place. The office environment continues to be improved, making this a very please place! My wife and I recently moved to town and became new patients here at Harrisville dental. Our experience has been terrific! Front office staff (Michele, Jamie) are friendly and concerned. My hygienist (Loren)was skilled and professional. My new dentist (Dr. Aaron Chen) did a great job talking with me and performing a needed procedure all on my first visit. I am extremely happy that we found such a professional dental practice here in our new home town!"
