"We love Dr. Glidden. She's caring, understanding, patient, and she takes her time with the children. She addresses every concern you have, no matter how seemingly inconsequential, and is never dismissive or abrupt. She's excellent with both babies and adolescents. I can't say enough good things about her. I see that someone wrote a critical review about her calling CPS, but knowing Dr. Glidden for almost two decades now, there was absolutely another reason for her calling CPS that the writer did not disclose. Dr Glidden is not someone who would simply jump the gun and call CPS for such a trivial reason as the person stated in her review. I can't stress enough what a lovely person Dr. Glidden is, and if she's taking new patients, you'd be lucky to have a pediatrician as excellent as her."

"Wish I didn't have to leave a star this is the worst office. I really liked Dr. Glidden in the beginning. She was understanding and was good with children. That all changed when my daughter was about 6 months old and I had to cancel her first appointment ever which was a weight check due to important family matters. I even said I would reschedule. 2 weeks prior to this I attempted to switch pediatricians for some personal reasons. And they never sent my paperwork. The day of my daughter's canceled appointment they called regarding the medical release. That's when Dr. Jane found out I was trying to switch doctors. Few hours after the office reached out to me I got a call from Dr Glidden herself saying she called CPS on me for neglect because I canceled 1 appointment and in her words said the icing on the cake was me switching doctors. As a parent I have rights to change doctors if I feel it's necessary. She clearly was bitter towards me leaving and in spite called CPS. It's totally unprofessional. Caused much stress for no reason at all to my family. My daughter is nearly 7 months now and is gaining weight and happy. She was never once neglected. I think doctors like this abuse the right and try to control parents. It's not right. I hope no one else has to go through this experience."
