"Doctor chu chen is AMAZING! Been having him for over 16 years. Always a pleasure to go n see him until u get to the part of seeing his staff.what attitudes they have to the point im uncomfortable goin in and thinking of switching after all these years. His old staff in billerica was AMAZING. * They charge a dollar for a mask..u kidding me i go into a PETSTORE n they are FREE . * nurse writes my son a school note n messed up on date..hands me and says tell school i scribbled the dates... I gave back to her n asked for a new one. What school gonna except a scribbled excuse abswnt note. VERY UNPERFESSIONAL I hope chen checks his staff b4 loosing more patients due to their "no people" skills cause im SWITCHING."

"I must say the doctors are good but they failed us on an accident that happened back on a Father’s Day when my son fell and broke his wrist would not write a referral for the orthopedic I had gone to after trying to reach them on Father’s Day I had gone to an urgent care and they has suggested one and I got an appointment early Monday morning. Dr Yoffe even stated he would get them to write a referral but now my credit score dropped 164 points from a near perfect score. I have insurance and this should have been covered."
