"I was lucky enough to book a series of massage therapy sessions with Jen to try and work out a few different computer geek ailments. Years of hunching over a computer keyboard was starting to cause some lower back pain, and my sleep schedule was off. Jen worked out a plan for me and over a series of sessions she targeted all the areas that would help improve my situation. It was also very educational and I was able to learn more about my body. I was shocked at how much relief I felt with no pain throughout the process.
