"I absolutely love the people I see here, Nurse and Doctor. But I have a relative who also goes here and they see Suzette Cyr. She sounds horrible from what I've heard from them. Won't listen, in fact she thought they were a completely different client!! Super unprofessional... And on top of that said that they've gone in-patient way too many times! Like who says that?!? And they've only been in-patient 2-3 times... She just sounds so unprofessional and rude, I'm thankful I don't have her, but sad that my relative has to deal with her.. it just sounds like she doesn't care at all about what they feel when that's literally her job!"

"Suzette is NOT a pill pusher. In fact she has been quite the opposite. She has worked with me to get me off the 1/2 dozen anti-psychotics that St. Mary's had me on, and onto a MOOD stabilizer and only (1) other drug to help manage my extremely high anxiety/ panic attacks. I have gone through several psychiatrists /medical staff & finally dismantled my entire medical team (before finding KVBH). Suzette has listened to ALL of my complaints ( my greatest was medication and anxiety) before coming up with a POA. Everyone's situation is unique. Sometimes you just need to find the right fit. I highly doubt Suzette wouldn't have filed the proper medical paperwork & gotten someone fired. 7 visits is over the course of what? Three months or more? If you are having issues with your provider, then switch."

"Office staff is amazing, everyone I have seen there (Liza, Layla, Kerry) have been amazing except Suzette Cyr. She is the worst human being I've ever met. From day 1 I knew I wasn't going to like her but still tried to push through. Now I am on my 7th session and out of those 7 visits I have left her office crying and hyperventilating and dry heaving about 3 of those visits. She's a pill pusher and just tried to settle everything with medications. A She refuses to fill out paperwork that I need for my job, which will in turn cause me to lose my job. She can't even give me a straight answer as to why she won't fill it out just she doesn't want to. I tried to have a reasonable conversation with her and she just would not listen and could not give me an answer. She then proceeded to tell me she wasn't having this conversation and kicked me out of her office. She doesn't care about the patients or their well being, she will not take the steps necessary to help them. She just sits behind first wa her desk and write out prescriptions like they're going out of style. No wonder this state has a drug problem. Ifor youre thinking about seeing Suzette Cyr do yourself a favor and go to one of the other offices in Augusta, Farmington or Skowhegan. I recommend Layla in Farmington, I saw her for 2 years and she was amazing. But talking to ANYONE would be more productive then trying to talk to Suzette Cyr."
