"I have been with this practice for almost 18 years and I absolutely love Todd and his wife unfortunately their receptionist, LORRAINE IS SO AWFUL!! And that is putting it nicely! Going along with the other reviews I completely agree SHE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED!! I don’t even need to go into details specifically why because it looks like I’m not the only one who thinks this way. I have already moved my daughter out of this practice and that was a s### show with LORRAINE not sending records over until I paid a fee!! Giombetti, she is ruining your reputation!"

"Dr. Giombetti is one of the best pediatricians for my son. Unfortunately, we had to move out of state for my new job and let him go. I have to agree with one of the other reviewers about the receptionist LORRAINE. She was very rude and curt with me and refused to send over my son's records unless I send a $10 fee in the mail. It is very weird process and in the middle of it, my son fell sick. When I tried to explain this to the receptionist she was very rude and only agreed to send his immunization records and recent physical. The new doctor cannot see him until they recieve all his records and I'm very stressed and the receptionist is refusing to address my needs. SHE NEEDS TO GET A STRONG LECTURE OR SHE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED!! The doctors are very good but their staff needs improvement."

"My 2 kids were patients here for about 2 years. Dr. Brady is excellent and we were always very happy with the level of care she gave us. That being said, the reception staff was rude and very short with me 90% of the time I spoke to them. We recently moved out of state and they refuse to forward our records to our new dr even though the new office personally requested them... unless we we pay a $20 fee for “POSTAGE AND LABOR”. I worked for a pediatric office for 12 years and have never heard anything so ridiculous. I’m appalled and shocked at that kind of request. They also don’t/won’t fax or email anything...making things very hard for busy parents who can’t always drop by the office during the day. Truly disappointed, we will miss Dr. Brady but I was honestly thinking about leaving because of the reception staff, but then we moved anyway."
