"I absolutely love Dr. Dempsey, Nancy, Tina, Jackie, Jan, Sandy, Jennifer & the other staff there!! Dr. Dempsey had been my doctor when he took over for Dr. Porter.. Now he has been my Childrens Doctor since I had my first child 21 years ago.. They have always been so Kind, Caring, Loving, Patient and Understanding with both my children and their needs.. Especially my child who has Special needs and Multiple Disabilities.. I can call anytime I have a question or Concern and they will call me back or see my child right away!! They truly are like Family to Us!! ♡ I would highly recommend Dr. Dempseys office for your children!!"
"First time I went, they took people who arrived late and misplaced our chart so didn't knew I was waiting. 2nd time I went I had to ask same question many times till the front desk could answer. I missed appointment once and they want to penalize me 40 dollars for that now, I can understand there are these penalties put in but I have lived in many states and places it's the first time a physicians office has done that actually. It was the first time an appointment was missed, I haven't experience any doctor clinic who will penalize patient for missing appointment once n first time."
