"I started at The Shop Crossfit in April 2023. Coach Beth has not only been encouraging but also provides personalized guidance in helping you work towards your goals. The community at The Shop has also played a key part in keeping me coming back weekly for 9 months now. From my first time walking through the doors, everyone has been welcoming and supportive. I genuinely look forward to each workout even when I know it's going to be a challenge. When I started I had never touched a barbell so don't worry if your a total newbie to working out, The Shop is for great for everyone!"
