"I like my doctor here but the receptionists who schedule appointments act as though calling the office is an inconvenience for them. This woman just cut me off while I was talking and her tone gives off the feeling that she’d rather be anywhere but at work. I would not be leaving this review had I not experienced the exact same thing the last time I called. I understand if you’re having a bad day but why take it out on patients?"

"They do not have a changing table for your infants! I go here for my birth control shot and for my midwife app! - I had to change my BABY at a WOMENS OBGYN office on the floor - Also Docter Carter is rude towards her young pregnant patients and has even offered abortions - She is stuck up and rude - I gave birth at Northern light Mercy instead of staying with these people- You have no idea whos gonna help you birth your baby as they have wayy too many midwifes and obgyn's and no one knows who will be on when you give births and you cant meet everyone - The scheduling is messy - The nurses seem tired and impatient -"

"I have been trying to get a bill resolved with CMHC obgyn for months with no luck. They used the incorrect code which caused my insurance to bill me although they cover 100% and always have. In effort to have them correct the code, i have spoken to well over 5 customer service representatives and spent hours of my time. I finally get a call back but the call was about me paying my bill. I couldn’t believe it. Clearly they do not read the customers call notes on file to see that I’ve been trying to get this resolved. The rep who called me said they would call me back tomorrow after not being able to reach billing and placing me on hold, but of course it’s a week later, and they never called back. They will only call you to get your payment not to provide genuine customer service to someone who needs it. Terrible company. I’m still trying to solve this for anyone who cares and can help me"

"My experience here was appalling. I had been waiting months to see a Dr. about the pain I was having in my lower abdomen. After a series of invasive non-related questions I was told the cause of my pain was not my fibroids that were seen on a previous scan and that I needed to go back to my primary care dr. for answers. I was not examined or tested for anything in fact I never even removed my jacket. When the appointment was finished I was handed a piece of paper and Dr. Lee left the room. I was not sure what was happening there was no empathy or recommendation for help in fact I was not even sure the appointment was finished. I was left in the room without a proper discharge or what I was supposed to do with the paper. I mean if I did have any type of uterine cancer than they will wait till its stage 4 where it will be blatant that I have an issue. Do not go here if they can’t physical see your problems because they will not run or recommend further testing. So sad CMMC is the only OBGYN in town and we are forced to be treated like an inconvenience when we ask for help and answers."
