"Not recommended for atheists or agnostics! I visited Dr. Ruggeri's office twice for grief counseling. During the second visit, she asked me if I had any faith I could turn to. When I said I was a life-long atheist, she said "That's too bad," and proceeded to tell me about her own relationship with Jesus (including how just the other night she had gotten lost trying to find her own house in the dark and prayed that Jesus would literally show her the way). In general, I found she talked about her self too much. I found it kind of unprofessional, and frankly what she was sharing made her seem like a bit of an odd duck. There was also a very loud ticking timer in the room that was kind of distracting. She did seem kind, and I'm sure she is helpful for many people, but personally I found the experience somewhat off-putting."
