"Neil was clueless about the procedures he was performing whenever I asked about them. When I asked how the ultrasound treatment worked, he straight up told me, "I should probably know the answer to that." Instead, he gave me information about how ultrasound is the superior alternative to towel heating, because the towel is strictly superficial, whereas the ultrasound penetrates deep inside the tissue. The very next session I had with him, you know what he had me do? Towel heating. Half the time I had appointments with him he'd have me work with an assistant instead of himself."
