"This place discriminates against people with disabilities. They will treat you less than human when talking to you. You are a problem to be dealt with in their eyes. Not a patient seeking desperate help in PHP. Absolutely no compassion or accommodation. I was talked down to and ignored by one of the clinicians as he discriminated against my sleep disorder and my ketamine infusion therapy which I get from an extremely professional doctor at Boston Mindcare. The Woburn office worked with me many times and was very accommodating. It was like night and day at this office. Please find an alternative place for partial hospitalizations. It is a difficult time when needing PHP, you do not need the added stress of cruel and illegal behavior by these "clinicians"."
