"I had a 6:45 appointment with Aaron, it was my first appointment. I arrived early to ensure we would start on time. At approximately 7:05 I emailed him letting him know I was in the waiting room and asking if perhaps he was running behind with his last client and got no response. By 7:10 I had lost my patience and decided to leave. I didn’t hear back from Aaron until 8:15. He did apologize for his miscommunication and offered a free session to make up for the situation but I won’t be rescheduling. This was a terrible miscommunication (he had sent multiple emails indicating our first session would be on that day and at that time) and left an awful impression. It seems impossible to find a therapist that offers the service I’m looking for, this mishap has left me extremely disheartened."
