"If your doctor recommends this place, do not go and ask for another recommendation. The front desk people are nice, but be prepared for the most terribly run organization in healthcare. They have sent me bills at random for over two years old and refuse to tell me what they’re for or send me receipts for my insurance. My provider would just randomly not show up for calls, then blame me even though I was waiting for them on the call. I have repeatedly asked for proof of meeting for these bills and they ignore me each time and just send reminders for payment I assume because they can’t find the record. Who sends someone bills for almost two years ago with no explanation when I paid for every visit? Do not go, there are better providers out there."

"I swear to you, deal with this place at your own risk. Sam Kaufman and his cronies are not about mental health. This place makes u want to drink. He's horrible and likes to talk about how he hates Trump all the time. Nobody cares about your political beliefs. Don't take these places seriously if u really wanna get help. The guy isn't even a doctor. I missed an appointment cause I never received the text for the zoom call and they just toss u to the side. They don't call u right back either, it's like pulling teeth. Like I said have fun with this one."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Solberg for 8+ years now and I can truly say, she is by far one of the best doctors in her field. From booking appointments, needing refills, to leaving after hour messages. They always handle every situation in a timely manner, very pleasant and understanding as well!!"

"If I could give no stars I would. This office is horrendous. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls or emails. Anytime I have needed refills I have waited weeks before getting them which brings on withdrawals; ultimately making it difficult to function. They have overcharged me numerous times and I have repeatedly asked for my records to no avail. I am DONE with this place. The reason I stayed as long as I did is because there are limited providers taking new patients. Whomever is in charge over their needs to fire entire office staff and start from scratch. They are ruining the reputation of the entire organization. A complete disservice to all the patients as I know I am not the only one! I wish I listened to the reviews. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else"
