"They were good until they decided to stop taking insurance. When I expressed concern to the secretary that they might lose business she shrugged and said “it’s hard to find a doctor”. Dr. Norris never bothered to mention it at all during my appointment (they just left a pile of letters explaining at front desk). There was no offer to help find anyone else. I respect Dr. Norris as a doctor, but as a business I hope they fail in the same way they failed their clients."
