"I had a great experience here. I came in with the usual assortment of age 60+ woes -- lower back and ab soreness that wouldn't go away. They gave me a set of targeted exercises that I could do at home with what I had there and I'm quite happy with them. I worked with 3 different PTs during my various sessions and all were great. I hope I don't have to return but if I needed PT again, I definitely would. Thanks everyone."
"I had previously wrote a positive review but deleted it based on my last visit. If you are a patient needing physical therapy, go to a larger facility with professionals dedicated to helping their patients heal. This place seemed more like a training facility after a few months of visits. The scheduling is challenging since visits are generally taken. Unless you don’t mind 7:00 am or 5:00 pm. In the beginning, it was helpful. I got Covid and called several days in advance to cancel. I worked in healthcare for over ten years supporting medical professionals as an assistant. There’s something wrong with the management here and I don’t know exactly what’s going on but I’ve not experienced this before. Dr. Burke told me to return for more shoulder exercises after Covid. The physical therapist told me I didn’t need it. I spent 20 minutes listening to lecturing about not doing exercises at home (during Covid), and berated. If the pain returns I will go to Excel in Stoneham which was highly recommended by several close friends based on their positive experiences after surgeries. The facility is larger, closer to home and has an excellent reputation. I believe some of the issues could be insurance related. I’ve seen this before as an admitting manager. Don’t settle, go where you are treated best. I will continue to see Dr. Burke and Dr. Dolgov at their Waltham office. They have been excellent in their treatment plan and demeanor."
"Staff on site are tremendous; therapist was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Best PT experience I have had. Billing department is awful. Constant reminders about payment when I haven't even received a bill. Seeming inability to credit payments made to my account correctly. Online portal doesn't show full billing history. Beware the hassle."
"Love Pro Sports .There are not enough superlatives to describe the level of care that my therapist SteohanieStephanie. Her approach seemed well thought out and she listened and adjusted my routine as needed. I am so glad that I switched to Pro Sports and had her assigned to me because I doubt I would've progressed as well and as far as I did if I stayed at my orecious PT location with their limited size and equipment. I must also mention that in general, the entire environment at this facility is excellent. All of the staff and interns are very friendly and they all seem to work together we'll. Even Amanda and Melanie at the front desk were extremeky helpful with scheduling and billing questions. I'm not sure why the other person would complain about the length of an initial evaluation and gave a low rating; must've never been to PT before because they can't treat you if they don't have a full understanding of what's wrong with you and your other medical history. (And unless you're paying out of pocket, I'm sure they want your insurance info so they can get paid). I'll definitely be back at Pro SportsTherapy again for any future needs and will definitely recommend it to all of my firends in the area."
"Too many forms and waivers, not much return back. I attended my first session filling forms and waivers for almost 40 minutes of my appointment and with only 15 minutes of chat with the therapist. In the end, I got charged $120 for that session, got a sheet of paper as return with 4 exercises on it. Good that I cancelled rest of my sessions."
