"Align Physical Therapy is wonderful. I came in with a broken fibula, hoping to get back to the walking 4 miles a day and strength training I did prior to my break. Leah developed an individualized treatment to help with strength and balance. The sessions are one on one and all the time is spent working to get better. I started seeing results quickly ( I did do all my assigned exercises daily) and Leah challenged me to improve my balance and strength on both my ankles, not just the injured one. "Leah has helped my body heal and fully use muscles/joints that have been restricted for years. Her skill at finding and healing issues is an amazing gift. There was one area in my back that wasn’t loosening up and purely by feel she recognized it was connected with emotions from my past. By Leah doing energy work, the nearby muscles started to fire and my body began healing itself. I am in awe of her ability to understand what is going on and how to fix it with the lightest touch. "When I first started seeing Leah I couldn't even stand up straight, months after a back injury. I was in constant pain and daily chores and activities were difficult. My PCP had referred me to a spine specialist but I decided to see Leah first, and I am so grateful I did (never needed to see the spine specialist!). After only my first visit, I felt some relief. Leah gave me light strengthening exercises to complete at home and I continued to see her a few more times, stretching out the time in between visits. Leah helped return my back to normal in time to start training for my first marathon! I went from being in constant pain and not being able to stand up straight in March, to completing a marathon in October. It would not have been possible without Leah.
