"Seemed like a very easy process and was until I filled an application to insure 2 horses. I wasn’t told that, if approved, this would lock me in to having to sign a policy. I was expecting to get approved and someone reach out to explain the policy and ask if I was going to move forward. Instead I received the policy and an invoice that unfortunately did get sent to my spam, that is on me, but no one thought to reach out in any other way via phone call for example since they had my number. By the time I thought “weird I haven’t received anything” and went searching for it I had 2 days to pay my invoice for a policy or it would be cancelled and I’d have to restart the whole process. I expressed my frustrations and was met with more poor quality service that didn’t provide any explanations or answers to my questions and at that point I asked them to cancel the policy all together. Definitely lacking in customer service and client retention. Glad I did not go with them as I can’t imagine dealing with them if I needed to make a claim."
