"I have a daughter in this place and I’ve been asking to be included in my daughter therapists since day one and I finally get a reply back after going back and forth. All I get is “I included your daughter mother” I’m sorry but I’m co- parenting if you don’t have time because your time is limited then you’re not doing your job right. This place need to get there business straighten out if you don’t have time to answer phone call or question then your not doing your job right."

"I only saw this therapist once. I am not a newcomer to therapy and expected the first session to be a basic get to know you. However, as he asked me questions, he brushed off my past trauma, coldly ignoring the fact that I had started to cry. When I advocated for myself and named that it was very difficult to talk about these topics, he completely ignored the comment and pushed forward. By the end of the session, he asked me for goals. When I answered, he ignored me and pressed for me to name one of the goals that he listed… finally I gave up and named one of the goals he was pushing for. At no point in the session did he talk about his approach to therapy or his plan for how to proceed. I gave this session two stars because it was easy to make an appointment and perhaps he would have been better if I stuck with him. Judging by our first session, though, he is not really listening to his clients, and for me, that’s a dealbreaker."

"I was able to make an appointment online very simple process did not have to call just to find out not taking new patients. Received a call a day later to confirm a few things. When I went to my first appointment the receptionist was alert and friendly. Had a seat in a clean quiet waiting area. Met Joe P and really felt he was a good fit right away."
