"Went here a few years ago. Every appointment felt rushed. During Covid, they were doing 10min phone calls that primarily consisted of asking if your meds were working. So, if you need to go somewhere for prescriptions, go here, it's super easy. However, if you want actual help and someone to help talk through your issues don't come here. Anything you say goes in one ear and out the other. I firmly believe they just listen for key terms and just diagnose. I haven't been on meds or with a therapist since."

"i am in the process of looking for a new care team, and comprehensive behavioral health was a clinic that was recommended to me. i called and asked if they were taking new patients and they gave me an appointment for the following friday! i was so hopeful due to the fact that they are a team, therapist and psychiatrist working together, and that is something that seemed perfect for me! and then they asked me for my insurance, which is brand new and still given to me through my parents. there was something unusual about my insurance, and i feel like with my luck this always happens to me, but throughout the process of trying to iron out the kinks, this specific care team was extremely abrupt and short with me and my family trying to figure this out and made me feel very unwelcome. it was not a great first impression this care team gave me. they showed me signs of impatience and unkindness and i was nothing but kind and patient with them as I am the one struggling to find the answers they need. the fact that they made me feel like this was a huge red flag a therapist should not have."
