"These people are a joke. They billed me when they told me they weren't going to bill me and when they finally resolved that I get a text saying that my appointments were canceled without my canceling them. Accompanying the cancellations was an email stating that due to my problems my therapist was no longer able to see me with a referral somewhere else. At the time I write this I was supposed to have an appointment today. I have covid but I had Telehealth appointments which would have been fine but apparently their staff isn't up to real counseling and what that entails. They did this to me while I am in crisis having covid and just having lost my cat of 14 and 1/2 years. No one called, no one explained anything it was just an email. They ought to be shot for treating patients like that. If someone is in crisis you don't just cancel their appointments without telling them and then send them a cryptic email saying that they need to refer you somewhere else. Responsibility of care is not big with them in any way shape or form. See them at your own risk since they barely have appointments available as it is and have a lot of restrictions as to when your first appointment can be."
"First I verify what my copay should be. Then they bill me the wrong amount apologize and tell me it won’t happen again. Then they bill me even more. United Health Care uses them. United Health tells me I don’t have to pay it. I ask for that in writing and they wouldn’t give that to me. It’s 2023 and that is extremely unprofessional and a joke. The problem is Thriveworks billing not the providers/professionals I was working with. CMS has been informed."
