"Dr. Potter dumped me after just one session because I "seemed uncomfortable and didn't think we're a good fit ". She put words in my mouth that I never said. I was a little uncomfortable because I've never met this woman and I was answering personal questions. She also diagnosed me as Bipolar 1 after half of an evaluation on the first day! I am appalled at how unprofessional and aggressive she is. But I was willing to give her a chance. She wasn't willing to do the same for me."

"Extremely unprofessional. Had an appointment scheduled but unfortunately I forgot to fill out the papers they needed before hand. The next days I called to reschedule and the lady at the desk said I am not a good fit for them since I was irresponsible. I don't think this is the right way to deal with people who needs help! Bryan is amazing, I get so much two way discussion during sessions, and they also have medication management. Linda (psychiatric nurse practitioner) works with my therapist, Bryan, to understand my current challenges and adjusts meds as needed. It is just so nice to have a place where people genuinely care, and talk to each other to help the most. I really can’t say enough about how amazing they are."

"If you’re looking for a healthcare center with professional staff look elsewhere. I have never dealt with the level of disrespect and disingenuous responses from the reception and scheduling staff. I have been treated like a nuisance every time I have had to ask that my doctor be contacted when my prescription failed to show up at my pharmacy or was ordered with the wrong dosage (this has now happened every single time I have been ordered a prescription without fail). I have been left to miss doses for up to several days because of the staffs inability to successfully contact my doctor and contact me in response. These people have zero place working in healthcare considering that they are incredibly unconcerned with the health of their patients. The level of negligence is unbelievable and completely unacceptable when caring for those in need of help."
