"I wish there were an option for negative stars. Just terrible shady company. They just want to bill you. The therapist do zoom appts in their pajamas. The mental health clinician Jason Czernich didn’t even have a fax or email. I needed a provider statement for my job, (good or bad) after 5 sessions he refused so I had to book a diff appt with another dr didn’t speak English talked down to me bad wifi connection etc. Escalated it to the clinical director a week and a half ago every day they say 72 hrs still as write this I have not been contacted. Most customer service agents barely speak English and read from scripts. Then on top of all that they want your money afterwards. save yourself the headache and wait until an actual doctor opens up near you."

"I would not recommend this practice to anyone who needs help. My care was severely mishandled and I have been left without necessary medication for weeks without any warning because their only psychiatrist left for maternity leave and they failed to have a proper backup. I’m now left scrambling to get my prescription refilled before I start experiencing symptoms again. This is extremely unsafe and a gross mishandling of care that could end in someone seriously hurt or dead. Absolutely terrible and the staff was literally no help."
