I always look forward to rolling during Friday morning no-gi and love the small class sizes that allow me a better opportunity to ask questions and practice moves until I feel like I've got it. Often class instruction is based on what moves the students are interested in learning, which makes for a really personalized experience. Jeremy and Chris are patient, knowledgeable instructors and the school is welcoming to everyone regardless of age, gender, or skill level. You meet some really great people here too!"
