"Not very professional in my opinion. Pictures were done on 9/22/2016 bought package on-line through lifetouch website. Today over a month later finally got a proof with option to purchase pictures. But not the package I already bought & paid for! When I called to see what was going on I got the run around and a whole lot of ummm, well I'm not sure. We just shipped them out today. You should receive them in 10-14 business days.For the money charged the least they could do is have customer service skills. I will NOT be purchasing from this place again!!! What a joke."
