"This is really an excellent woods course. Challenging, but well designed with nice variety that allows an intermediate player like me to still score when I throw well, but suffer big from mistakes. The layout is excellent, nice teepads and it's nice that there are trashcans and a portajohn. I wish I could play here every day."

"There are a lot of tree-filled, technical courses in Maine. I've played almost all of them, and am a fan. But this one is a bit ridiculous. Hole one is open and up hill. After that, every single hole is just Plinko. Even when you get through a series of 4-5 foot gaps 100 feet from the tee pad, it feels more like you were lucky than good. Many of the fairways simply don't have fair lines. And to give some context, I think the Kodiak is very technical but fair. I gave it a couple of years to see if things improved, but they haven't."

"Fun course, nice layout, for the most part really good and fun fairways/paths for discs to fly. I loved the first several holes. I'm not usually one to say this, but a few too many trees on some back 9 holes that are in the middle of the fairway with more behind them."

"Beautifully maintained, heavily wooded course! I'd say about 15 out of 18 holes are pretty unforgiving pars with lots of very long, very narrow looks. Five feet off the fairway and you're looking at double or triple bogie. Significantly opening the fairway up would still leave it as a technical course but with a far more achievable par!"

"Great course, very strategic. I shot horrible the first time. However I had a blast. I suppose that's what really matters in the end."
