"I will be 78 in 2 months. I had compete hysterectomy in the 90's, continued with pap-smear testing until told I no longer needed them because all tests had negative results for cancer. My urologist recommended i see a gynecologist. I was nervous. I never felt rushed. Dr. Yu was attentive, explained things clearly, in layman's terms. She was compassionate and professional while maintaining a good bedside manner. I was overall pleased with the care I received."

"This is my 3rd pregnancy and 2nd time using GYNOB. I currently have doctor mac as a provider. Up until this week I had been satisfied with the level of care I was receiving minus the fact that I’m patient enough to wait for them with 45 plus minute wait times. So it’s ok for me to wait every appointment but when I genuinely need something come on now 5 days is just too long it shows that I am not a concern. Now that im in the home stretch and going more im starting to wonder if I chose the right OBGYN for myself and my unborn baby. I have very serious sickness that is NOT limited to the morning, I’ve shared this concern with dr. Macnamara. I explained that without ondansetron Before bed I wake up 4am very very sick shaking, puking sweating.. it’s intense especially when I have two other kids who require my undivided attention. My pharmacy sent an alert Thursday that I needed a new prescription sent over, waited a day as I understand I’m not the only patient. I called the office Friday The 29th and let them know I was out. The receptionist said she will let the NP know I am out of pills. Mind you Monday was a holiday so now I’ve had to wait another day after my prescription was not sent Friday. Yesterday January 2nd I called AGAIN as I knew this morning would be BAD without them. This is now 5 days for a refill that I genuinely cannot be without. I am 33 weeks pregnant and in the home stretch I’m already uncomfortable. Day 5 and I am stuck on my bathroom floor crying, shaking puking sweating. I understand I’m not the only patient but come on! At this point I’m very upset it’s simple to send a prescription over but it’s not very simple dealing without the medication. I’m wondering if I’m even a priority because for the last 5 days it’s been on the back burner like it wasn’t important."

"I’ve been coming to this practice for about a year and a half. They are NEVER on time for appointments. I’ve walked out twice after waiting over 40 min. A 25 min past appt time wait is the standard for this practice. I think they’ve been on time once out of all my visits. The staff are nice & if you have all day to spend in the waiting room this may be a great practice for you."
