"Tuesday 11, 2023 The receptionist is a bad person. She was an old and colored woman (I just mentioned this for reference purposes. I arrived at the clinic, I stood in front of the reception, She was working on the computer, I greeted her, she didn't even answer me. I was still waiting for 5 minutes, and she was as if no one was in front of her. In the end I told her I'm going to sit down and when you are ready let me know, since I have spinal problems and I can't stand for a long time. As soon as I told her that, she said, come. Confirmed my appointment, she gave me a form to fill out and when I'm going to hand it over, she was with another patient scheduling an appointment, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes go by, and the two of them talking as if nothing had happened. Me and another patient are waiting. I got angry and told her that this is not the attitude. I think She was doing it on purpose, even to put the label on my patient form, it took about 3 minutes. She told me that I had a bad attitude but she did not look at the attitude. Seems to me a lack of consideration and respect towards the patients. I never go back to that clinic. This lady should already be retired and not work anymore.!!!"

"Omg they are the worst !! Especially that Dr on call Dr Martinez is so rude I can’t stand that lady !! Only person I like in this whole obgyn is Martha slattery she is the best and a very smart women the rest of them just look dumb and tired and they are lazy!! I’m not sure why they switched me to Kristen Harding but I’m so switching back to Martha she always go out her way to get what anyone needs if I could give her stars it would have been 5 but the rest would be no ⭐️s"

"Martha Slattery, N.P. is wonderful!!! Sweet, kind, caring & goes out of her way for you. The office staff not very warm and friendly though. But I care more about the nurse practitioners and doctors being warm and friendly! Because of my insurance I don't have a lot of choices for medical care. But so far I'm very happy with Martha Slattery. I also have to go to signature healthcare women's imaging aka Brockton hospital, they were wonderful!!!!!"

"Had a great experience with Nurse Martha Slattery, she’s very kind really sweet and made sure I got the care I needed right away. I came to her for my first prenatal visit and I was horrible I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks, I couldn’t work, I was nauseous 24/7 vomiting multiple times a day, and hadn’t been able to eat or drink anything in weeks. It was so debilitating I didn’t think I could go forward with the pregnancy especially with a 10 month old I had to take care of at home. I was dehydrated and she made sure I got fluids right away. She prescribed me medicine for the nausea/loss of appetite and the next day I felt like an entirely different person and so much better. I ate my first real meal in two weeks and nearly cried. I was told before by others that it was just pregnancy nausea, it’s “normal” eat saltines and it will go away in a few weeks. Really happy she listened to me and gave me the care I needed."

"I had the most memorable memories of my 4 children been born at the care of the nurses and doctors of this Hospital. Some doctors or nurses are better then some others, but the overall experience it was amazing. Dr. Waters OBGYN and Marta NPR are the most amazing people I meet in life. You know you been care for when you're under their care. I leave now about 50 min way from their office, but I don't mind to drive for my appointments. You guys are my favorite doctors and nurses! Patient 16+ years in this office."
