"horrible to get a hold or somebody, went here and they called me with my results and never sent my prescription to the pharmacy, day 2 and still can’t get in touch with anybody, this is UNPROFESSIONAL and DISGUSTING"

"Terrible customer service. This is the third time they’ve booked my appointment, I had confirmation of the appointment and time via email, just for them to change my appointment last minute on me, without speaking to me first, and reschedule me for another time slot/date. Then trying to connect with anyone in the office is a whole other problem in itself. They never answer phone calls and when they do, they’re very short and rude on the phone. Overall, I am done trying to book with this office. They do not care about their patients or the type of service they provide. I would avoid this office at all costs, it’s an absolute nightmare to deal with."

"First appointment was to be on a tue, recieved txt message to cancel on Sun. Called to find out why cancelled and reschedule, spoke with Ashley was tranferred to appt, was hung up on called back again. was hung up on a second time. Not a way you want to start with a brand new patient."

"Explained that I was experiencing pain. Was offered an appointment that was 3 months away, which I was told was their “First Available”. Make acquaintance walked in and received next week appointment for his female family member who wasn’t experiencing pain. Doctor was rude and judgmental, “Do you have a job?”....“Why not?” She was very disrespectful. Disregarded pain issues. No stat testing ordered. Told to find a facility to perform mammography/US for pelvic/and/breast pain. The staff wouldn’t even fax orders to participating facility to help me through this process. MIRI staff asking for ICD codes, other codes, and data that should’ve been faxed by the ObGyn group’s staff. Very rude, disrespectful, and judgmental people. Not professional at all. Terrible experience."

"Love Dr. Connolly. She never makes you feel rushed. Litens to what you have to say. IF I've ever had to wait, it's fine, bec they are busy. But MY time with her is MINE. Makes a big difference. Beats driving home to CT for a checkup!!!"
